Listed Building Consent for removal of existing non original timber windows which will then be replaced with new heritage designed timber windows. The removal of non-permeable masonry paint and cement pointing from the Northern, Eastern and Western external elevations. The elevations are then to be re-pointed with lime mortar. The replacing of a defective cast iron downpipe which will be replaced with a new cast -iron downpipe. Stripping of the existing roof slates, to facilitate the replacement of the existing roofing felt and replacement of existing soffit board.
