Listed Building Consent requested to re roof and repoint Hodder Place. Stonework on the house to be repointed using lime based mortar. Existing insulation to be replaced where damaged by water ingress. Roof - Existing slates to be removed, felt and batons replaced. Existing slates reused where possible and if not, new welsh slates to be used. The visual impact to be minimised by reusing existing slates on prominent elevations with new being used in less visually obtrusive places.
