Portuguese Laurel front boundary - Remove major deadwood greater than 25mm diameter and prune the one overextended branch over the pavement by up to 2 metres 6x6m down to 6x4m - safety works. 4. Dead stem adjacent to footpath - Fell to as close to ground level as possible 6? diameter dead stem - safety works. All pruning cuts shall be made to suitable secondary growth points and shall maintain a stable platform for the expected regrowth 12x10m down to 9x7m works to clear garage blocks and allow light into rear of property.
