Planning application

19 Chequers Lane Walton On The Hill Surrey KT20 7SF

Granted Reigate and Banstead 25/02252/CAN Conservation Area Notice

Works: Trees

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

T1 - We propose to reduce eucalyptus tree in the front drive way to just above pollard points (4-5m). This will create a nice shape and cut away from neighbours boundary. The tree has grown too big for the space it is situated, the appropriate management is necessary.
