  All relevant items as per attached tree survey recommendation- 1. 3801 - Lime - Crown reduce by 2 -2.5 to previous points, Clear basal and epicormic growth to a height of 3m.- 2. 3802 - Lime - Cut back to previous points, Remove epicormic and basal growth to a height of 3m.- 3. 3804 - Sycamore - Cut back to previous points, Remove epicormic and basal growth to a height of 3m form ground level. - 4. 3809 - Hornbeam - Crown reduce by 2m to suitable growth points.- 5. 3810 - Lime - Re-Pollard to previous points, Cut and Clear Cherry laurel from main stems along back to give 1.5m clearance.- 6. 3811 - Cotoneaster - Reduce height and lateral branches towards building by 2m, remove basal and epicormic growth.- 7b. 3812 - Whitebeam - Carefully climb and dismantle to as close to ground level as possible- 8. 3813 - Whitebeam - Crown reduce by 2m to suitable growth points, Remove a section of ivy from ground level to a height of 1m using hand tools only.- 9b. 3814 - Ash - Carefully climb and dismantle to as close to ground level as possible - 10. 3815 - Sycamore - Crown reduce by 2.5 - 3m to previous points, Remove deadwood 25mm and greater, Sever and remove a section of ivy from ground level to a height of 1m using hand tools only. - 14. 3843 - Norway Maple - Reduce lateral branches over ramp by 2 - 3m to suitable growth points. - 15. 3844 - Holly - Crown lift to clear the brick wall by 1m, Sever and remove a section of ivy from ground level to a height of 1m using hand tools only. - 16. 3846 - Beech - Clear woody debris from base of main stem. Request no more dumping of grass cuttings on the root plate or within 1.5m of any main stem. - 17. 3847 - Holly - Crown lift to a height of 1.5m above brick wall. - 19. 3849 - Norway Maple - Carry out Resistograph report. Tree in severe decline. I do not see the point to Resistographing this tree. Carefully dismantle leaving a 2 metre tall stem for wildlife habitat - 20. 3851 - Ash - Carefully fell to near ground level.- 21.

  T1- Cedar (Cedrus Atlantica). Selective pruning of the lateral crown to reduce over extended limbs by 1.5-2m (Predominately on the east and west sides to rebalance), reduce other limbs where necessary to appropriate growth points with the goal of reducing weight load and rebalancing the crown. Remove deadwood over 40mm diameter and 50cm length. Reduce or remove large dead limb on west side of tree at 3m height. Supply and installation of 3x non-invasive 8tn Cobra bracing between three co-dominant stems, to reduce movement between branch unions and mitigate likelihood of structural failure. Use of a mobile elevated working platform (cherry picker) will be utilised to ensure we prune to the appropriate points, for tree health and aesthetics.

  Land Adjacent To 150 Fleetwood Close Tadworth Surrey KT20 5PG

  Trees 1 and 2 (adjacent 150) prune back from their dwelling/garage by circa 3m and remove deadwood. The branches of both trees are extending across the curtilage of 150 Fleetwood Close. Some are in close proximity to the dwelling. Early pruning work, as requested, will enable the tree crown to be managed without recourse to substantial pruning cuts. Early intervention is therefore considered to be best practice in accordance with BS3998:2010: Tree Works - Recommendations. Tree 3 reduce height to circa 6m above ground level. The tree is in decline and presents no regenerative growth from lower on the branches or stem structure. If regenerative growth had been present it would have been feasible to specify pruning works to suitable growth points. Given the state of decline and absence of suitable pruning points it is considered prudent to remove the major branches but retain the lower stem for its ecological value. Works can be undertaken in accordance with BS3998:2010: Tree Works - Recommendations.
