T1-Sycamore approx 70ft tree located close to the property is causing the guttering to block more frequently and now the tree is reaching adult size in heavy winds it looks to close to the property and resident is willing to plant a smaller tree that is suitable for the location. T2-Sycamore tree approximately 75ft located closely to T1 resident requesting a 30% reduction 1.5-1.8m to maintain the regrowth and shape of tree and reduction from other properties being located on boundary line. T3-Scycamore tree approx 70ft located near T4 all within boundary line another large tree requires 30% reduction 1.5m-1.8m create the required shape again to maintain regrowth and natural health of tree. T4-Chestnut tree approx 50ft located near to T3 in boundary line bottom of garden requires an 30% reduction 1.5m-1.8m to maintain the regrowth and health of tree. T5-Chestnut tree approximately 55ft 30% reduction 1.5m-1.8m requesting another reduction to allow natural light into garden as all these trees are close approximately to one another a required reduction to maintain the health and regrowth of tree.T6-Sycamore tree approximately 80ft requires a 30% reduction 1.5m-1.8m for the regrowth and maintenance of tree. T7-Lime tree approximately 50ft requires heavy reduction and pollard as large dying bow requires removal of two large limbs this is required to promote fresh and better growth of the tree.

T1- Cedar (Cedrus Atlantica). Selective pruning of the lateral crown to reduce over extended limbs by 1.5-2m (Predominately on the east and west sides to rebalance), reduce other limbs where necessary to appropriate growth points with the goal of reducing weight load and rebalancing the crown. Remove deadwood over 40mm diameter and 50cm length. Reduce or remove large dead limb on west side of tree at 3m height. Supply and installation of 3x non-invasive 8tn Cobra bracing between three co-dominant stems, to reduce movement between branch unions and mitigate likelihood of structural failure. Use of a mobile elevated working platform (cherry picker) will be utilised to ensure we prune to the appropriate points, for tree health and aesthetics.

Trees 1 and 2 (adjacent 150) prune back from their dwelling/garage by circa 3m and remove deadwood. The branches of both trees are extending across the curtilage of 150 Fleetwood Close. Some are in close proximity to the dwelling. Early pruning work, as requested, will enable the tree crown to be managed without recourse to substantial pruning cuts. Early intervention is therefore considered to be best practice in accordance with BS3998:2010: Tree Works - Recommendations. Tree 3 reduce height to circa 6m above ground level. The tree is in decline and presents no regenerative growth from lower on the branches or stem structure. If regenerative growth had been present it would have been feasible to specify pruning works to suitable growth points. Given the state of decline and absence of suitable pruning points it is considered prudent to remove the major branches but retain the lower stem for its ecological value. Works can be undertaken in accordance with BS3998:2010: Tree Works - Recommendations.
