516a - Mixed species group - cut back all lateral vegetation to the boundary, cut back sycamore group to give 1m clearance from the building. 516a - cut back all lateral vegetation to boundary to give sufficient clearance of main building for future maintenance and to avoid damage in inclement weather. 517/518 - Weeping Birch - cut back lateral branches overhanging car park crown lift to a height of 2.5m from ground level remove deadwood 25mm and greater. 517/518 - cut back from overhanging public car park area to give sufficient clearance to avoid damage to vehicles utilising the parking bays. 519 - White Birch - crown reduce by 1-1.5m to previous points, crown lift to a height of 3m from ground level. 519 - To give sufficient clearance from the property to enable maintenance and prevent possible damage Reduction to suitable growth points to promote new growth and to improve vitality. 521 - White Birch - cut back to clear porch roof line by 1m, crown lift to a height of 3m from ground level. 521 - To give sufficient clearance from the property to enable maintenance and prevent possible damage. 524 - Maple - remove/prune out reverted stem at 3.6m. 524 - Reduction to suitable growth points to promote new growth and to improve vitality and regenerate variegated vegetation. 525 - Weeping Birch - crown lift to a height of 2.5m from ground level over gate. 525 - To give sufficient height clearance over the access path and gate to the front of the site from the car park area. 514/516 - Cherry - crown reduce by 1.5-2m to previous reduction points. 514/516 - Reduction to suitable growth points to promote new growth and to improve vitality. 511 - Amelanchier - crown lift to a height of 2.5m from ground level. 511 - To give sufficient height clearance over the main garden area of the site.
