Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 1 metre and ensuring 1.5 metres clearance from building. All pruning cuts shall be made to suitable secondary growth points and shall maintain a stable platform for the expected regrowth 12x9m down to 11x8m works to prevent squirrels using the tree to access the roof.
