MODIFIED SPECIFICATION SEE CONDITION 2 T1 Beech - Is causing excessive shade and encroaching on property (see attached photo). Tree has tight union on main trunk. Previously installed Cobra tree brace has detached on one side and requires reattaching and adjustment. Visible signs of bleeding canker (Phytophthora) on lower trunk (see attached photo). Reduce crown by up to 2.5m to suitable growth points so that final height is 19.5m and radial spread is 5.5m, to manage size and health of tree, afford better light and to clear property.
