Proposal

Removal of trees close to the property and blocking light to the building. Remove dead palm tree (TR1) and overgrown fir trees (TR2, TR3, TR4, TR5, TR6, TR8) that is 3m from the property, and if continues to grow presents a risk to the structure. Reduce to 1.5m-2m and reshape trees on the property borders gardens with 111, namely TR7.

    The 3 dead trees are amongst others and also bushes in the first quarter of the boundary with the allotment gardens, starting from the Church Road (southern end) of the boundary. One is understood to be a cherry tree. The two others cannot be identified. We need to cut them down carefully to a safe height, including to remove any high level branches, before the dead trees become a safety concern. This will probably mean effectively cutting the trees down to almost ground level (withing about 300mm or so).
