T1 London Plane- Reduce crown by 1.5 and crown lift to a height of 3m by removing secondary branched maintaining natural shape. Tree is in centre of garden and was planted by the owner. It is now a mature specimen and causing excessive shading. Reduction and lift will bring tree back in line with surrounding trees in garden.

The 3 dead trees are amongst others and also bushes in the first quarter of the boundary with the allotment gardens, starting from the Church Road (southern end) of the boundary. One is understood to be a cherry tree. The two others cannot be identified. We need to cut them down carefully to a safe height, including to remove any high level branches, before the dead trees become a safety concern. This will probably mean effectively cutting the trees down to almost ground level (withing about 300mm or so).
