Proposal

T1. Bay rear garden RHS - Crown Reduction. Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 5 metres and remove major deadwood greater than 25mm in diameter. Reduce encroachment into neighbours to boundary line. All pruning cuts shall be made to suitable secondary growth points and shall maintain a stable platform for the expected re growth 14x10m down to 9x5m Dieback in upper crown T2. Variegated Holly rear garden RHS - Crown Lift to provide 3 metres clearance from ground level and clip round to shape and tidy, removing up to half a metres growth 10x6m. Works to clear pathway.T3. Beech x 2 rear garden RHS - Crown Reduction. Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 3 metres and remove major deadwood greater than 25mm in diameter. All pruning cuts shall be made to suitable secondary growth points and shall maintain a stable platform for the expected re growth 18x12 down to 15x9m Tight included compression fork at 3m. Works to alleviate stress on weak union.T4. Holm Oak x 3 rear boundary - Crown Lift to provide 3 metres clearance from ground level 9x7m. Works to allow light under trees.T5. Yew rear garden LHS - Crown Reduction. Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 2 metres. All pruning cuts shall be made to suitable secondary growth points and shall maintain a stable platform for the expected re growth 10x9m down to 8x7m. Works to reshape tree following the failure of an adjacent tree and to clear neighbours shed and boundary wall.T6. Leyland Cypress rear garden LHS - Reduce height by approximately 3 metres and shape laterally as required 16x10 down to 13x8m. Works to allow light to rear of property.
