The loft currently has sufficient head height for conversion; however as part of the work the applicant wishes to construct a front and rear dormer with new timber cladding (fire rated) matching that of the existing. To the rear the dormer will have a new frosted window of white upvc. To the front the door will be of grey aluminium to match that of the entrance door.
