MODIFIED SPECIFICATION ONLY REFERS TO TO T1 Oak - Reduce height and spread by 2.5 maintaining natural shape. Crown lift to height of 3 m by removing secondary branches. Tree was heavily reduced in the past and has put on substantial regrowth. Tree has over extended regrowth causing excessive end weight and excessive shading. Regrowth is now close to neighbouring property.
