(T1) Western Red Cedar - It has three codominant stems near the base of the tree with tight V-shaped crotches forming weak unions (see attached photos). The tree has another multi stem union approximately half way up one of the main stems with an old wound left by a previous failed limb which has visible signs of wood decomposition (see attached photo). There are also several crossing limbs which show visible signs of rubbing (see attached photos). Reduce height of crown by up to 3m to suitable growth so that final height is 20m to mitigate wind stress. Remove 3x crossing limbs shown in attached photos to prevent future failure.
