The tree is located to the rear of the building. Removal of 1x low limb to remove the future encroachment from the rear elevation and roof area of the building. Lifting over the roof area allowing approximately 1.5m clearance to reduce the encroachment from the roof. To reduce the risk of damage to branch ends or damage to the roof. To allow a some more suitable light levels in to this area.
