Planning application
Deans Croft Deans Lane Walton On The Hill Tadworth Surrey KT20 7TS
Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
Silver birch trees (T1 and T2) - Fell as trees do not look particularly healthy. The leaf density in the trees crowns has been minor this season. Removal of these trees would allow more light in the garden and promote growth around the area.
