Front Garden - Right Hand Side. T1 - Leaning Thorn. Fell to ground level and stump grind with removal of excess grindings. The tree is located in the front garden to the right hand side. The tree is leaning towards to the front garden of No18 and had decay around the base. Due to the extent of lean towards No18 and the decay at the base, there is high risk of complete failure if retained. The tree has no long term future Rear Garden - Right Hand Side. T2 - Dead Pine. Fell to ground level and stump grind with removal of excess grindings. The tree is located in the rear garden to the right hand side. The tree is young but has died. The tree is dead and will not recover. Rear Garden - Back Boundary - Left Hand Side. T4 - Yew. Remove 4-5 lowest limb growing towards main lawn area. Lift remainder to approximately 2.5 metres. The tree is located in the rear garden to the rear boundary. Removal of the lowest limbs and raising of remaining branches to allow suitable access to the area which the tree is located. To allow more suitable light levels through the lower crown area
