Scotts Pine - fell tree Tree leaning towards neighbouring property( no1 Twatling Road) Tree seeking light due to number of trees in woodland area. Tree located on edge of woodland with no trees between it and No 1 Twatling Road. Tree surgeon and tree officer observed leaning. There is a risk of the tree falling into neighbouring proeprty which would cause substantial damage to property and potentially persons. Crown reduction is not possible with this tree, agreed with Gavin Boyes the risk of falling is more likely given the falling of a Scots Pine in the same garden on 14/01/2020. The felling of the tree would not significantly alter the woodland, given the number of trees.

The tree at the end of our garden, which has a TPO needs to be managed as the branches grow horizontally across our fence causing pressure to and damage to the top of the fence. I would like to remove the branches that are damaging the fence.

I would like permission to cut back some of the branches, including the top of the tree. The beech tree is becoming extremely large with branches over-reaching to my neighbours and we are receiving complaints about beech nuts and branches falling onto neighbouring property. I have always had concerns about the tree falling and so would like to keep the height trimmed so that it doesn't reach the property, should it fall.
