T3 Horse chesnut - Crown lift outer branches to 2.5 metres. Reduce extended lower lateral (growing towards T5 and with ‘witches broom’) by 2 metres and thin out terminal branches on this limb by 25-30% to reduce end weight; T6 Pin oak Reduce canopy by 2-3 metres back to previous pruning cuts taking care not to damage any pollard knuckles. Check branch fork union. Selectively prune remaining secondary (small)branches where necessary to prevent direct contact with property and remove the epicormic growth on the underside of the large scaffold growing south over the stairway and building;
