T1 Horse Chestnut Lowest limb extending North over public footway reduce by up to 2m to reduce end loading. Limb extending North East over parking bay/footway showing historical internal defects (pic 10) reduce by 1.5-2m. Lowest limb extending directly closest parking bays reduce past failure points at 3.5m from source (pic 9). Selective removal of minimal epicormic to clear lamp column. Smaller branches under 10cm in diameter on East and West side showing clear defects on underside reduce by up to 2m. Re-inspect tree in March/April 2020 uponleaf emergence. Reason - Tree in decline. Epicormic on stem and Ivy covered base. Sparse crown with multiple defects.
