T1 Monkey Puzzle. Prune to raise crown to clear the tiled roof of the property beneath this tree to give a minimum clearance of 1 meter. Prune lower growth elsewhere to lift the crown slightly only to give a more even crown profile. Only smaller secondary growth to be removed. This work is in order to maintain this tree with good amenity value such that it does not cause a nuisance to the property below.
