I am therefore applying to regularise the current standing, and managed to get the plans originally sent to the council back in 2006 which show the Mezzanine placement and structure when the House was converted into flats. I assume somewhere along the line the Mezzanine was overlooked in submission by the developer, so this application is to bring the flat into line.
