The photo with the red line indicates where the proposed 'wall' under permitted development (confirmed by planning team) would be placed to hold back the land behind the Magnolia tree. Further work to determine levelling land to be confirmed. Plans are subject to the decision of the proposed removal of the magnolia tree. Future plans will be to repopulate the land behind with trees / bushes in keeping with the area.
