Proposal

Oak (T5) and Ash (T6) - Reduce as one canopy focussing the reduction on the side growth nearest the properties up to a maximum of 3.5m to natural growth points -amendment agreed with owner and agent 27/8/21. Copper Beach (T7) - No work required - amendment agreed with owner and agent 27/8/21. NB: Following trees are not old enough to be covered by the 1958 TPO so no consent is required. Leylandii (T1, T2 & T3) - Fell to ground level to allow Laurel hedge to fill space, due to trees encroaching on pavement and road. Leylandii (T4) - Reduce to 4ft poles for fence to block deer path. Sycamore (T8) - Reduce height of cluster of Sycamore trees by 4m final height approx. 8m. Eucalyptus (T9 & T10) - Reduce two trees back to previous reduction points, from approx. 25m to approx. 18m.
