Proposal

TPO 03/1986 [86/00003/TPO] T.1 Walnut - Remove due to dying back and very poor species & T.2 Sycamore - Reduce top by appx 3-4m and side by appx 2-3m due to being over extended and over the neighbours house. Alot of shade to all the houses around the tree. Granted Proposals 1: T.1 Walnut - Crown clean, by removing all dead branches and monitor future health & vigour & T.2 Sycamore - Reduce over extended apical growth on SW side of upper crown by 'drop crotching' to a suitable secondary growing point, raise the crown to achieve a height equal to the gutter height of the adjacent dwelling at 1377 Lincoln Road, thin the remaining crown evenly throughout by removing small crossing branches, as directed on site and crown clean. Refused Proposals 2: T.1 Walnut - Remove & T.2 Sycamore - Reduce top by approximately 3-4m and side by approximately 2-3m due to being over extended and over the neighbours house.
