Proposal

Demolition of rear single storey morning room extension and rear entrance lobby. Erection of a new, larger morning room extension. Demolition of part wall to outhouse to create a new rear entrance door, and erection of small roof extension over. Erection of an external insulation system, finished with an acrylic render, over the new extension and the existing two storey brick-built kitchen and bedroom blockInternal alterations at ground floor to subdivide an existing room. Installation of a new window to shower room at first floor level. Reconfiguration of second floor ensuite bathroom to allow a gravity drainage system to replace the existing pumped system. This will require the penetration of the existing fabric by a new soil pipe.
