Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
T 1 Cherry tree in side garden. Selective re-reduce crown by >1.5 to bring back into shape and reduce overhang into the street. Same done approx 3-5 years ago T1 Mountain ash Fell. Tree is showing signs of major dieback and low percentage of leaf foliage. We are currently only going to remove a large dead stem over towards the pavement and give the tree a chance for this year due to sentimental reasons for the client. I believe it will only further decline so we are putting in for felling the tree to give us the 2 year window in which we can then remove it once client comes to terms with it.
