T2 - Oak - Crown reduce by 2-3m on the property side to help balance crown. All cuts back to suitable growing points. T3 - Lime - Crown thin by approximately 25% through removal of epicormic growth only.

The tree is over grown of the area in my opinion and also i may add that it does'nt seem lie it adds very much value to the area and also the situ of the tree it is only going to cause more concern so the client would like it removed to ground level
