  In the rear garden there is a self seeded ash tree just over the rear boundary. Tree has dieback and land at the back is being developed. Customer wants to reduce this ash tree back to the boundary to feel safe to go under and so nothing falls on garage. In the back border there is a cherry tree which is to be reduced by approx 1.5m max in height and blend shape to the sides leaving overall width for privacy screen. Small damson in the left hand border to remove (probably too small for notification anyhow.)

  Re submitted application 1 year later due to continued growth as tree is in need of management - The Yew in question has recently caused the clients dog to undergo surgery due to the ingestion of yew berries and it overly concerned that this may happen again. The tree is over grown of the area in my opinion and also i may add that it does'nt seem lie it adds very much value to the area and also the situ of the tree it is only going to cause more concern so the client would like it removed to ground level
