Removal of sycamore tree. Tree is 3.3 metres away from the property and poses a risk of subsidence to the rear of the property. Sycamores have expansive, aggressive, and relatively shallow root networks and the soil is predominantly clay on the property. Large overhang of branches over the roof of the rear of the property pose a risk to damage if one breaks and falls. Also causing moss to form on the roof tiles, which has to be removed annually. Planting several upright hawthorns Crataegus monogyna Stricta along the boundary of the property. Maintenance of cherry tree to the front of the property, pruning and raising the crown slightly to preserve and maintain the tree. Both trees are marked on the property map attached to this application along with photographs.
