Granted Pendle 20/0616/TPO Works to a tree with a TPO

Works: Trees

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

Sycamore (T1) - Remove large sycamore within 4 metres of south-east corner of Sabden Great Hall. This will improve light and air circulation around the property, in order to prevent excessive shading and help avoid persistent damp penetrating stonework of grade 2* listed building. Sycamore (T2) - Small crown lift to remaining sycamore and reduce back one branch growing out towards the house by approx 2m to bring back into shape.
