T1 Horse Chestnut - large tree in rear garden adjacent to property. co dominant stem growing towards property now encroaching onto and over property roof line. Reduce stem by 20% by removing up to 2.5mtrs apical growth to clear roofline and alleviate strain on stem growing beyond canopy profile. T2 Lime - in corner of garden. generally, in a reasonable condition, one limb growing beyond canopy profile and exposed, reduce by 15% to contain by removing up to 2mtrs lateral growth back into canopy profile. Remove epicormic growth from main stem and lift to statutory clearance over footpath and highway.
