Insertion of 2no. rooflights to front elevation. Removal of 1no. window and insertion of 1no. door and 1no. window to side elevation. Insertion of 1no. air conditioning unit to side elevation. Insertion of metal gate and railings to front wall. Formation of rear terrace and 1no. door canopy to side elevation. Alterations to fenestration, roof and boundary wall.) to allow alterations to the roof from the scope of works. Revision of the roof design is required to accommodate this. The porch is also being rebuilt.
