Clean and repaint the colonnade, Remove existing light fittings from shop frontages. Insert additional lighting into the ceiling of the colonnade and shop frontages and to provide subtle lighting to the front facade. Repair broken stone paving and replace tarmac infill, Installation of new ASHP to existing roof and Installation of new entrance door and alterations to internal entrance lobby. Retaining and refurbishing the existing lift, alterations to internal staircase and installation of new staircase lighting. Alterations to second floor to include; Remove modern suspended ceiling, significantly increasing the height of floor and allowing for modern day ceiling mounted heating/cooling units to utilise original ventilation grilles, removal of partition walls and installation of secondary glazing to existing windows.
