Proposal

Erection of single storey rear extension and enlargement of patio area. Replacement of flat roof to first floor extension on rear elevation, build up parapet wall to flat roof. Installation of brick vent for new extractor fan to rear elevation. Relocation of boiler flue and AGA flue outlets to rear elevation and hot water cylinder on second floor to third floor Reinstatement shutters to ground floor front window. Removal of 1no. window to rear elevation to be removed and the opening reduced in size. Insertion of timber casement window with slim line double glazing. Internal alterations to include; removal of internal dividing walls on second floor and form new stud partition with door and built in wardrobes. Removal of internal dividing walls to create bathroom on second floor and infill opening on landing. Form new opening in wall between bedroom and bathroom on second floor, provide lintel over, Fit frame & recycled door from former bedroom 4. Enlargement of opening and removal of French doors to ground floor, build up piers and provide steel beams over.
