Redecoration and alterations to include; install proper stair with balustrade and handrail , coal chute to be fitted with a toughened glass cover, existing ceiling is to be removed exposing the floor joists, radiator installed, brick chimney to be repainted and stone walls to be dry-lined with plasterboard to cellar. Ground floor floor boards to be replaced, insulation installed between joists, joists to be replaced, air bricks to be excavated and added, works to skirting boards and high boards 1no. door to be removed and enlargement of opening and replace 1no. door in kitchen. Replacement of Juliet balcony and with timber window. Removal of window to north elevation and replacement with 1no. door. Removal of 1no. door to east elevation and replacement with 1no. window.
