Proposal
Increase the height of the existing boundary wall to the north elevation in association with replacement conservatory to west elevation. Alterations to fenestration and glazing to the east, south and west elevations, replacement front door to east elevation, relocation of rain water pipe to north elevation, replacement external doors and new external stone steps to the west elevation, replacement render and paint to rear elevations and new windows and grilles to lightwells in the basement. Damp proofing to the basement and installation of ceiling vents. Existing kitchen to be replaced with new shower room. Internal reconfiguration to the kitchen, en-suite and family bathroom including; removal of existing cylinder cupboard in the bathroom and new door and fanlight in the kitchen and existing arch openings to be removed and replaced with a new door leading to the en-suite. Installation of 2no.internal staircases and replacement of 3no. fireplace surrounds and installation of 3no. hearths.
