Non Material Amendment relating to app no. MMA/342935/19 for:- 1. Site Layout: The amended scheme has been simplified by removing the flats and adding 2no detached houses from Highlands Rd, and adding a house to form a block of 3 [type Cs], resulting in 15 houses in place of the Approved 12no houses and 8no flats. 2. House Type H: This type is to have it's small single storey rear element removed, therefore reducing it's footprint/overall area. It's rear window/door configuration have changed. Its GF WC has been brought to the front, so a small obscure window has been added. The bath and Bed 3 have been swapped from front to back. 3. House Type G: This type is to have it's small single storey rear element removed, therefore reducing it's footprint / overall area. It's detached garage has been omitted. 4. House Type C: These have been introduced as a block of 3no split level houses with integrated garages, which replace the former 2 and a half storey Type J's that also had integrated garages. They will be 3 storey to their fronts, but their rears will be 2 storey. 5. House Type D: As stated these replace the 3-4 storey flats, and will be accessed from Highlands Rd and are 2 storey houses with single storey garages.
