Proposal
Horse Chestnut (T1) - See uploaded 10850 Grenville Court Decay Detection Report. TPO/1968/0086//TPO/2008/0086 1) Remove all dead branches, including the large dead limb on the southeastern side. This should be pruned back to the main fork at 2.5m above ground level and 1.5m from the stem. (No permission required) 2) Reduce the dying limb adjacent to the large dead limb on the southeastern side of the canopy at 2.5m by 50%. 3) Reduce the rest of the canopy to a radial spread of no more than 5m and a height of no more than 10m. This should be done to BS 3998 guidelines by Drop Crotching AKA Reduction via Thinning. This may require that some cuts occur within the 5m radius. Saws should be strictly sterilised between cuts.
