Front Boundary Loveday road T1 - Robinia (Robinia pseudoacacia) Mature tree on boundary line - Suggested works are to cut back to clear property by 1.5m, as the branches are in contact with the neighbour's roof and guttering. T2 - Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus gunnii) Mature tree, this tree has outgrown its location and the roots have caused the wall to break and is now causing damage to the pavement - Suggested works are to fell to ground level by sectional takedown and poison the stump. T3 - Lawson cypress (Chamaecyparis lawsoniana) has become over grown and is blocking access to a garage, suggested works are to fell to ground level. Front Boundary Lavington road - T4 - Yew (Taxus baccatta) lift over footpath and road. Prune back over longs by 1m to balance crown and contain spread. T5 - Lawson cypress(Chamaecyparis lawsoniana) large mature tree that is out growing its location. Suggested works are to lift crown all round to 2.5m and reduce in height by 2m. T6 - Lime (Tilia x europeae) Large mature tree which has been previously been pollarded. Suggested works are to reduce back to previous points of reduction and retain furnishing growth for crown continuity and screening. Rear Boundary - T7 - Lime (Tilia x europeae) Large mature tree which has been previously been pollarded. The regrowth is now overgrown and touching the neighbouring property - re-pollard the tree back to its previous points of reduction. Retain furnishing growth where applicable for screening. T8 - Ash (Fraxinus excelsior) Large mature tree which has been previously been pollarded. Suggested works are to re-pollard the tree back to its previous points of reduction. Retain furnishing growth where applicable for screening and remove ivy. T9 - Robinia (Robinia pseudoacacia) Large mature twin stemmed tree.
