Properties 1 - 4 reporting damage believed to be in relation to a large eucalyptus tree on Network Rail land. Have carried out visits with Engineers from our Earthworks Team and Off Track department - tree is within the immediate zone of influence. I have applied for permission to remove this tree previously but have not heard back. Work would be done section felling the tree under the correct Safe System of Work.
