It creates excessive overshading to the garden and it is covered in dead ivy. It is not visible from the streetscene of the conservation area. The tree has a low amenity value. A new holly bush will be planted 0.5 meters to the south by way of a replacement. This will be kept at 1 meter in height to ensure the bush does not mature into a tree as the current holly tree.
