The tree height is approximately 25m, so far exceeds the height of the houses. This leads to blocked drains, guttering and surface water drainage. The tree is situated on the east side of the property, so blocks all morning to mid-day sun to the houses. The risk of falling branches also presents a risk to passing public,, transport and local residents.
