Proposal
Works to Cedar Tree - Carefully reduce the cedar tree in size whilst maintaining a natural shaped canopy. Remove all brash and timber from site in accordance with current waste management regulations. This tree was last reduced in this manner in August 2017 and this work is required to ensure the tree remains in good condition and health.

About this record
Reading the register
This page mirrors an entry on the statutory planning register that Nottingham is required to keep. The published feed for this record does not state which type of application it is, which is common for older entries and for some council systems; the register entry on the council portal will say, alongside the case officer and any consultation dates.
Every planning application follows the same broad path: submission, validation, publicity, then a decision by officers or committee. Our guide to planning application types explains the common types and what each can approve.

G1 Poplar Trees: Reduce lateral branches on all the trees in the group back to original pruning points which is approx 3m of regrowth back to the original pruning points. Reduce in height all of the trees in the Group by approx 5m to 2m below the original pruning/reduction points due to decay in the ends of the stems creating weak attachment points for the new regrowth.
