I wish to remove the cherry tree T1 and silver birch T5 that is leaning towards the road and footpath the other side of a large wall and reduce the remaining trees back to the previous reduction points. During a quote for the work requested the tree surgeon stated that the leaning silver birch could easily fall and could cause serious injury. The trees are too high and have not been reduced for several years. The cherry tree is too big, if permission is not granted to remove the cherry tree then I also request permission to reduce the size to the previous reduction points.
