WORKS: Fell large conifer to ground level only by sectional dismantle. Grow new trees/ plants along the boundary. LOCATION: In back garden , about 10 meters from house building. Marked as tree 1 on the sketch. REASONS: The tree has grown too tall and now blocking sun to ours and neighbour's house during most of the day time which can result into a) Damage to the property due to dampness b) Dampness in turn can effect respiratory health c) Effect bone health due to Vitamin D deficiency due to lack of sunlight. To improve light for other plants and grass to grow Has become too big to be managed. Due to very close proximity to the house, risk of significant damage to the property if it falls down or roots can cause Subsidence.
