Walnut Tree -Crown lift the lower canopy to provide a clearance of 3-4m above ground level and to prune branches to maintain a clearance of 2-3m meters from the building. -Branches on the left side to be reduced by 50-80cms in order to not extend beyond the boundaries of the property and encroach neighbouring property of 13 Spean Court. -Reduction of 30-50cms at the rear canopy of the tree in order to not extend outside the boundaries of the property.
