Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
Work to Beech Tree (T1) , Beech Tree (T2), Work to Beech Tree (T3), Work to Oak Tree (T4) Crown clean to remove any dead, damaged, weak or crossing branches. Thin crown by 30% including a crown clean to remove any dead, damaged, weak or crossing branches. Lift crown to a height of 5.2m from ground level. pruning as such that no part of the tree is closer to the roof of the house than 3 metres. Reason: To give clearance to the garden, house & kitchen area, which would reduce shade. Reason: Currently kitchen is dark and the lack of sunlight and heat, leaves the driveway constantly covered in moss. Reason: Dead wood in crown. Branches are hanging over the house and now too close to the building - to ensure 2m clearance
