BEECH TREE (sketch plan figure A) Located in the front garden of my property opposite to the front door and cloak room (14ft from house) (see Appendix 1 ? displaying location and size of tree). Work to include: 1. Crown lifting to 5 meters 2. Branch over the roof to be reduced back by 3 meters to stop any failure of the branches 3. Crown clean and all-round reduction by 3 meters. OAK TREE (sketch plan figure B) Located in the back garden at the side of the property immediately in front of the conservatory (8ft from house) (see Appendix 2) displaying location and size of tree) Work to include: 1. Removal of the tree due to large mushroom-like fungus growth all around the base of this tree over the last 3 to 4 years. Unfortunately, no photos were taken prior to them being removed. However, these have left holes round the base of the tree where the fungus has been (see Appendices 3-6). 2. The crown of this tree is getting very thin and dead wood coming off it is a regular occurrence (see Appendix 7). Larger branches have also fallen in the past during high winds and caused damage to the roof of my property,
